A seventh detainee who alleged he was beaten using cabling had irregular areas of young scarring and healing abrasions over the upper back and outer aspect of the left upper arm together with more recent linear scabbed abrasions to the inner aspect of the right thigh consistent with the allegation of two episodes of beatings.
